The Reno Club welcomes a new Oppo phone. The Oppo Reno 12F 4G, as it is called, is a near twin of the 5G model that was launched last month. They also changed the SoC from the Dimensity 6300 to the Snapdragon 685. Most features don’t change. The Reno 12F 4G debuted with these specifications.

A 6.67″ AMOLED is located on top. It has an FHD+ 120Hz panel with a maximum brightness of 2100 nits, and it maintains a small lens crop for the selfie camera. This panel also features a 10-bit depth. Thus, it generates highly accurate and lifelike colors. Then, a fingerprint reader is integrated directly into the screen.

Reno 12F 4G’s AGC DT-Star 2 glass and IP64-rated chassis raise its durability to a new level. Even if it’s not the fastest, the Snapdragon 685 SoC can handle the daily tasks of the ordinary person. Up to 512 GB of UFS 2.2 storage and 8 GB of max LPDDR4x RAM are available.

Here, cameras are packaged with a variety of AI functions. A 50 MP primary camera is on the back, and a 32 MP selfie sensor is on the front. The additional lenses on the back are for 2 MP macro and 8 MP ultrawide photos. Then, the new Oppo Reno models come with an entire array of AI functions including the AI Eraser and AI Studio.

It comes pre-installed with ColorOS 14 and Android 14.1. This device is powered by a 5000mAh cell, and beneath the hood is a 45W charging kit. There appear to be just two storage choices available for the Reno 12F 4G. There are two different sizes: 8/256 GB and 8/512 GB. However, the costs are not yet official.
