We are excited for the Samsung Galaxy A33’s upcoming chapter in its life. This one is scheduled to be included in the August 2024 security update as well. They have already started to roll out the upgrade in Latin America, and soon, this update will be available in all international markets.
However, Galaxy A33s in Brazil were the first to receive this update for those Latin American countries. For this specific region, the firmware code “A336MUBSAEXF2” is obtained through the August 2024 update. Others could vary based on the nation in which you use your Galaxy A33.
It is less focused on optimizations and more focused on OS security. Thus, it’s a compact 275MB file that downloads quickly. The August 2024 update is required since it contains about fifty patches for the vulnerabilities in the system that were previously found.
The upgrade process is simple, requiring simply a trip to Settings for the regions listed above and those to come. Select Check for Updates after swiping down to find the Software Update. When the update reaches your Samsung budget 4G phone, a “Download and Install” button will show up.
Pakistan will ultimately receive the update, so update your phone at the same time. The Galaxy A33 is a 2022 product. It therefore came pre-installed with One UI 4.0 and Android 12.
