As you can see, the 5G and 4G versions of the series’ flagships, the Zero 40s, are the newest in a long line of flagships from the company. They are now available in many parts of the world. The Infinix Zero 40 5G has been introduced in a significant Asian market, and it is currently establishing the scene for its impending release in Pakistan.
After teasing the launch of its 4G sibling in Pakistan on September 21, Infinix Zero 40 5G officially makes its debut in India before making any more hot drops elsewhere. Yes, it is correct! If they don’t reveal the release date of the 5G variant here, at least the Zero 40 4G will be unveiled in Pakistan.
Although the Zero 40 4G is roughly $100 less expensive than its 5G counterpart, both have an equal chance of stealing our hearts because they can minimize the differences. This Infinix new 5G phone has an AMOLED 6.74″ 3D curve panel on the front in addition to flagship features like Gorilla Glass 5 and Always-On Display.
In addition to having a fast refresh rate of 120 Hz, the Zero 40 4G version boasts an FHD+ 1080p peak brightness of 1300 nits. For the first time in the Zero series, it has two 50MP cameras: one on the front for selfies and the other with a 120-FOV ultrawide on the back. But that’s not all.
One of those lenses is a primary 108MP OIS sensor, and to complete its optics, a tertiary 2MP depth mapper is seen. Although the lens configurations of the 5G and 4G may be identical, the Zero 40 4G can only record in 2K 30 frames per second due to its weak Helio G100. Be aware of this and avoid confusion.
To be somewhat future-proof, they include in their KSPs a commitment to provide OS updates through Android 16 and at least three years of patch updates. The Zero 40 4G has a 5000 mAh battery and 45W charging, just like the 5G model, but it lacks wireless charging. For Zero 40 4G (8/256GB), they are charging about $279 (~PKR 77,000) globally; the price in Pakistan will be almost the same.
